How we handle your data.
In plain words: what we collect, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.
- What we collect
- What you type into our forms and the booking page: your name, email, business, your phone number if you give it, and your answers about your business. The calculator’s numbers and the website check’s result, but only when you book or send them to us. And which of our pages sent you. There are no cookies, no ad trackers and no analytics scripts on this site.
- Where it goes
- Into our own customer records (our CRM). Your booking goes on our Google Calendar, and the call happens on Google Meet. We email you a confirmation through our email provider. If we sent you a personal assessment page, we note when it’s opened, once a day at most.
- Recordings
- We record our calls for our notes, so we can listen instead of typing. The box that allows it is ticked when you book: untick it, or say no when the call starts, and we won’t record. We use Fathom, an AI note-taker. The recording and its notes stay private to Autara, and we’ll delete them if you ask.
- Texts
- We text only a number you gave us, only about your booking, and only if you ticked the box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop. We never share or sell your number or your permission to text it.
- Who sees it
- Nathan Johnson and Finn Martter, who run Autara, and Hunter Lawrence, who works with us on sales. We don’t sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
- How long we keep it
- As long as we’re talking or working together. Ask, and we’ll delete it sooner.
- Having it deleted
- Email hello@autarastudio.com and we’ll delete what we hold about you, recordings included, and tell you when it’s done.
