The starting point
Pure Carpet Cleaners ran its customers, pricebook and schedule on scheduling software that did more than it needed and still didn’t fit how it worked. We moved the customer list and the pricebook into a system built around how the business runs.
What we built
- A new website — home, an instant-quote page, 5 service pages and 9 service-area pages — with structured data for local search.
- An instant quote: customers price their own job from the owner’s real pricebook.
- Booking requests: the customer picks a preferred date and time window, and the request lands on the owner’s phone with the itemized quote — one tap to confirm and schedule.
- A command center on the owner’s phone: today’s jobs, the job pipeline, a calendar with conflict warnings, and customer records with job history carried over from the old software.
